Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days.
- International Shipping: Not available at the moment. Will be available soon.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the selected shipping method. You will be able to view the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we currently only ship to addresses within the U.S. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Glam by Akila LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate further. We recommend selecting a secure shipping address and ensuring someone is available to receive the package upon delivery to minimize the risk of loss or theft.
